Barbecue, games, prizes and music and planting a new garden-- what a way to spend a summer day! KEYS teamed up with the Mid-Atlantic’s largest wholesale distributor of hospitality equipment, Adams Burch, and the 12th largest charity in America, Gifts-In-Kind International (GIKI), for a Community Day at 801 East Housing Assistance Center on June 30, 2009.
It was a beautiful day with residents and neighborhood families coming together to celebrate Independence Day. Many individuals coordinated with KEYS to share in the spirit of community. A special thanks to Rick Gallagher, VP Operations, Adams Burch, Melissa Trumpower, VP of Gifts In Kind International and to Holy Trinity Catholic Church for contributions of time, talents and treasure for the residents.
KEYS also wishes to recognize Shaunna Rudolph (delivery logistics from GIKI) and Keith O’Donnell, Sr. Web Designer, for compiling a CD collection of memorable photos for the group to enjoy.
A very special thanks to all at 801 for inviting KEYS to be share this day with you.
